Golf Course
Woodlands Manor provides 18 well crafted holes that run up to a civilised total of 6,027 yards from the back tees, but with many fairways flanked closely by the mature woodlands or meadow grass, accuracy off the tee is all-important.
The two nines are quite separate with the front section meandering its way around the valley, while the back nine arrives at a high plateau. The par-three 10th: may play only 151 yards from the back, but the rise in altitude up to the green provides spectacular views.

Built on chalk, our mature parkland golf course offers the distinct advantage of draining quickly and remaining dry even during periods of prolonged wet weather.
During the winter and early spring months, while most Kent golfers are playing in wellies on muddy courses with temporary greens with pudding-like putting surfaces, conditions at Woodlands Manor remain firm and fast. We never have temporary greens.
In a wet summer, some courses may have to resort to closing holes. That's never the case at Woodlands
Favourite hole
For a golf course to finish well with a par three the hole has to be particularly strong, like the 210 yard 18th at Woodlands Manor. The unforgettable 18th requires golfers to drop their tee shots over a farm lane if the green is to be reached in one - the tee shot is a genuine test of nerve.
Clubhouse
Nestled at the bottom of the valley, the clubhouse has a spacious bar and restaurant with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and looks out over the practice ground and wooded hills beyond. The locker rooms are a good size and the pro shop serves members and guests well with a wide range of clothing and equipment.
